The conference will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations and should make them in the attendee's name. Contact the hotel directly and be sure to identify yourself as an FDR Conference registrant. A limited block of rooms is being held until July 16, 2010 or until the block is sold out. All reservations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy of 3 days advance notice or penalty of one night's room and tax. If you require an ADA accessible hotel room we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations early and communicate your needs to the hotel. You may be required to sign an additional contract if more than 10 rooms are required. If you are exempt from lodging taxes, you must complete a Hotel Tax Exemption Form and present it upon check-in to avoid taxes being charged.
